Sales & Business Development:

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and project management, to ensure a smooth sales process and successful project delivery.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand the client's needs and challenges, providing expert advice and customized solutions that align with their technical requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.

Market Research & Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, market demands, and the competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market insights and customer requirements, contributing to the continuous improvement of products and services.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project developments in the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to the senior management team.
