KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, blowers, valves, and pipelines. Monitor daily plant performance and report abnormalities. Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical systems. Ensure proper functioning of water treatment and wastewater treatment equipment. Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and reports. Coordinate with electrical and process teams for smooth plant operations. Follow safety standards and site operating procedures. Assist in spare parts management and inventory tracking.SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and rotating equipment. Understanding of pumps, motors, gearboxes, and valves. Willingness to work in field/site environment. Basic knowledge of water treatment processes (preferred). Good problem-solving and teamwork skills. MS Office and basic reporting knowledge.PREFERRED TRAITS: Hardworking and eager to learn Responsible and safety-conscious Knowledge with same industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Identify and target new business opportunities in the mechanical engineering sector, focusing on expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.Generate new leads and actively seek out potential clients through research, networking, and attending industry events.Qualify leads and engage with decision-makers, including engineers, procurement managers, and executives, to present tailored mechanical engineering solutions.Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and project management, to ensure a smooth sales process and successful project delivery.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Understand the client's needs and challenges, providing expert advice and customized solutions that align with their technical requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery in line with client expectations.Market Research & Strategy:Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, market demands, and the competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market insights and customer requirements, contributing to the continuous improvement of products and services.Sales Reporting & Forecasting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project developments in the CRM system.Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to the senior management team.
