Job Description

Position - Assistant Manager - Business Development

Competency required: Diploma/BE/B Tech/BSc. Enviro

Experience: 2-10 years (BD/Tendering and Govt. Liasoning) Preferably in EPC industry

Gender: Male

Age Group: 26 to 40 years

Location: The position is based in Delhi however, it requires extensive traveling

Reporting to: GM/Director

2-10 years of Experience in Business development and sourcing new Projects order

Hands-on experience in Business Development with the key accounts , consultants and customers and work with them to develop business opportunities and work out tender bidding with JV partners , technology partners and Consultants.

Required to cover water infrastructure projects covering Water treatment , waste water treatment and recycling projects along with piping contracts across india

Have extensive travel exposure and attended various exhibitions for specialty Ingredients & Intermediates.

Develop rappo with customers / consultants /policy makers / corporations officers / etc. for promoting our efficient Water and Waste water technologies , highlighting various salient features against conventional products avail. In the market and help to build tech. specs for enquiry making for improving our winning chances.

Experience in handling Contacts and agreements

Business Analytics and Market research experience

You should have some knowledge/exposure to Regulatory aspects of various geographies

Thoroughly review Tender Documents which includes Costing,Design Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Data Sheets, Calculations etc. and Clearly define the scope of Project

Development alternative technical proposals as and where required

Involve in all post tender activities till contract award including (but no limited to ) attendance on meeting with clients /consultants, clarification of post tender queries, techno commercial negotiation etc.

Follow-up with clients

Should be good at completing target and deadlines
