We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – GEMs to join our team and help us expand our footprint on this powerful platform.
🔹Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Government e- Marketplace (GEMs) platform.
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, public sector organizations, and vendors.
🔹 Guide businesses in listing their products and services on GEMs, ensuring compliance with platform requirements.
🔹 Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and win government contracts.
🔹 Assist with the bidding process, contract negotiations, and vendor onboarding.
🔹 Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights for growth.
🔹 Provide training and support to vendors for success on the GEMs platform.

âœ”ï¸ Strong understanding of government procurement processes and GEMs platform.
âœ”ï¸ Proven experience in business development, ideally in a B2B or public sector environment.
âœ”ï¸ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
âœ”ï¸ Ability to drive business growth and develop winning strategies.
âœ”ï¸ Familiarity with government compliance and regulations related to procurement.
âœ”ï¸ Experience in working with public sector organizations or e-marketplace platforms is a plus.
