Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential clients within the target market, including brands, businesses, and organizations that could benefit from our advertising services.

Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively present our solutions.

Sales and Lead Generation: Actively generate leads, make cold calls, conduct prospect meetings, and deliver compelling sales presentations. Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

Customized Solutions: Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to develop customized advertising solutions that align with client needs and objectives.

Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive analysis. Use this knowledge to position our agency as a market leader and offer innovative solutions.

Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Continuously track and report progress to the management team.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a strong network wit
