job summary:

we are looking for a result-oriented and strategic marketing manager / assistant manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that build brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. the ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.

key responsibilities:

• develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives

• manage brand positioning, content strategy, and campaigns (digital & offline)

• plan & execute lead generation activities by events, social media, mail & seo/sem.

• coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts and support conversion

• monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing roi

• manage relationships with vendors, media agencies, and creative partners

• conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities

• oversee the creation of marketing materials incl. brochures, presentations/ digital assets.

• organize trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and other promotional events

• ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touch points

• proficiency in marketing tools (google ads, analytics, mail chimp, hub spot, etc.)

• experience in managing social media, seo/sem, and content marketing

• strong project management and multi-tasking abilities

• analytical mind-set with a focus on data-driven decision-making
