Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding its market reach. You will work collaboratively with various teams to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events, helping to expand the company's client base.

- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

- **Proposal Development**: Create and present compelling business proposals to potential clients, clearly outlining the benefits of the company's offerings and addressing their specific needs.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure that client feedback is integrated into product offerings.

### Required Skills and Expectations:

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce, with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will engage with clients and stakeholders regularly. You should be result-oriented, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of market dynamics and the ability to analyze data for decision-making are important for success in this role. This position requires on-site work in Pune, and preference is given to male candidates.
