overview: we are looking for a passionate and determined sales manager who have atleast 2 to 10 years of experience.

roles &responsibilities:

you will be designated as a sales executive.

you will report directly to the business head.

your team will consist of a maximum of 4 members, including yourself.

you are responsible for creating and implementing effective business plans.

oversee daily sales operations and set clear performance objectives.

conduct daily scrum meetings with your team.

set and identify weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.

prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.

deliver sales presentations on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

provide training and motivation to the sales team.

ensure that your goals are fully aligned with the teams targets.

develop strategies to maintain strong client relationships.

ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.

collaborate with marketing and advertising teams for campaign success.

manage recruitment and hiring as per team requirements.

focus on driving the companys growth through team performance.

monitor and ensure timely submission of your teams task reports.

share your daily work plan with the management team.

take full responsibility for your teams targets and report submissions.
