Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Sales
Clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, and develop professional long-term business relationships.
Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked
Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary.
Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients.
Required Candidate profile:
Candidates with experience in hotel sales in focused segments of travel agents and corporates / Hospitality Industry
Impeccable profile with high professionalism.
Relevant experience in hospitality industry
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

Office Location: 8 Square Building, 6th Floor Sec 125 Noida. The candidate must be open to travel to Shimla.
