Business Development Executive

Job Description :

1. Marketing support to existing (Unit Franchisees) UFs including demos, school meetings, society meetings, local promotion campaigns etc. Motivating them to achieve targets.

2. Conducting online trial classes/ parent meetings to enroll new students and to motivate existing parents.

3. Identifying premises for existing UFs (since many will be looking to re-start physical classes).

4. Expanding UCMAS footprint in unrepresented areas.

5. Giving added thrust to UFs appointed in the last two years to enable them become BIG.

6. Maintaining cordial relations with HO personnel.

7. Participating and executing all UCMAS events (Competitions/IGE etc).

8. Reporting to UCMAS in prescribed format as per frequency required by Directors.

9. Male Candidates will be preferred as also candidates who have their own two-wheeler.
