responsibilities:

• pre-sales activities including lead generation, quality research, calling up decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sales team

• maintaining the database of the customer.

• explaining the app to prospective clients/leads.

• acquiring new clients and meeting targets from the database provided by the company.

• following up with prospective clients till the leads are closed.

• prepare for meetings/calls via structured research about the target client.

• create presentations based on the client's requirements.

• coordinate with bdm managers to generate proposals

• ensure customer voice is properly addressed

• to provide regular feedback about product demand, market trends, competition, and sales forecast vs actual sales.

• work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, product campaigns, and market-specific initiatives.

• work with managers to plan and direct the work of the sales and marketing teams.

• conduct marketing-related research including, but not limited to, research on prospective clients, current market conditions, marketing events, and competitor information.

• maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

• identify potential customers for new business, ensuring that major sales opportunities are captured and explored.
