About the role

The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online chat processes.

ï‚· Day Shift

ï‚· Freshers with good communication and understanding of sales

ï‚· Outbound process: Upsell & cross-selling Executive and Certification courses

ï‚· Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care

numbers.

ï‚· Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat

mode.

ï‚· Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.

ï‚· Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the

timelines.
