we are building startup team and looking for an bde to join our team. the candidate should have experience in online bidding and have a proven record to generate business for web development and seo services.

responsibilities and duties:

* generating business leads through online freelancing portals like #upwork, #pph, #freelancer, etc.

* must have knowledge of generating business through email marketing and #linkedin.

* online bidding for web development services and mobile app development services .

* handling projects and coordinating with the team

* responsible for online bidding, follow-ups, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients.

* discuss the requirements with the client over the call.

* following up clients continuously and responding to client inquiries.

* proposal writing, and requirement gathering.

* managing cost & time negotiations with the clients and successfully converting leads.

* achieving business targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

qualifications and skills:

* must have good communication and writing skills.

* must be able to work in a team or independently.

* experience in proposal writing

* practical knowledge of bidding portals like - upwork, pph, freelancer, etc.

* must have experience in lead conversion and client chat.

* should possess good technical knowledge.
