We are building startup team and looking for an BDE to join our team. The candidate should have experience in online bidding and have a proven record to generate business for Web Development and seo services.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Generating business leads through online freelancing portals like Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc.

Must have knowledge of generating business through marketing and LinkedIn.

Online bidding for Web Development services and app development services .

Handling projects and coordinating with the team

Responsible for Online Bidding, Follow-Ups, Competition Analysis, Discussion with Offshore Clients.

Discuss the requirements with the client over the call.

Following Up Clients Continuously and Responding to Client Inquiries.

Proposal Writing, and Requirement Gathering.

Managing Cost & Time Negotiations with the clients and successfully converting Leads.

Achieving Business Targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must have good communication and writing skills.

Must be able to work in a team or independently.

Experience in proposal writing

Practical knowledge of bidding portals like - Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc.

Must have experience in Lead conversion and client chat.

Should possess good technical knowledge.
