Rules and Responsibilities:
Hands on experience in franchise sales, lead management and Team management.
Preparing report on sales projections and roll out of deals. Co-ordination with business head and achieving sales target.
Building & managing relationships with new clients and existing partners to upsell and cross-sell.
To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
Strategic planning to achieve sales target in timeline.
Planning and directing the hiring as well as training of new sales representatives / executives.
Lead generation through various platforms and professional connects
Requirements:
Candidates with Bachelor degree preferred.
Must have Time Management & planning skill
Must have Market Knowledge
Must have Working Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales executive or a relevant role
Experience in Customer Support is a plus
Ability to build rapport
