1)Primary interface between VSECOMMERCE and Sellers.
2) Generate qualified prospects through Cold calling, Email Campaigns and Social Media
3) Should onboard new sellers, provide seller support and ensure successful onboarding through voice, video, mail, or chat
4) Solve any seller issues related to payment and order management or any queries.
5) Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution for onboarding and after
6) End to end ownership of every seller interaction coupled with proactive problem solving and provides exceptional support to sellers
7) Build and maintain client database, prospecting for qualified opportunities
8) Handle various sales administrative tasks as assigned
9) Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members.
10) Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
1) Ability to use a desktop/Laptop/Mobile and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
2) Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Tamil. Hindi or any other regional language will be an added advantage.
3) Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
4) Some knowledge in Social media marketing will be added advantage
5) Freshers/Interns who have the ability with above Roles/Candidate profile can apply as well.
6) Immediate joinee.
NOTE:
1) Weekly Off: One day on rotational basis (not necessarily Sunday).
2) During the first three months, no unplanned leaves are allowed.
