• Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company’s plans
• Should be able to do costing & estimation
• Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
• Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects
• Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
• Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge of all the technologies
• Minimum 1 – 2 Years’ experience, working on trending technologies and freelance portals
• Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, etc.
• Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients’ requirements and acquisition.
• Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing,
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Flair for business development.
• Excellent knowledge of IT Terminologies
