Roles and Responsibilities

Experienced conducting through market research Tech trends, Target Markets, Prospects

Ability to target right markets, Domains, Companies, Decision makers and generate Market Qualified Lead through Cold calling, emailing, Digital medium (LinkedIn etc.)

Identify business opportunity, nurture prospects, and convert them into Market Qualified Lead

Answers questions about service specifications, solutioning, commercial models

Capability to learn required technical jargon for sales pitch.

Conduct customer surveys using appropriate tools and contact them in response to correspondence or feedback.

Manage CRM by capturing accurate customer information.

Work Experience / Educational Requirements:

Educational background:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customer.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Possess Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
