1. Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through networking and marketing activities
2. Source new event venues and vendors, onboard them, and draft and execute contracts. Manage relationships and maintain listings data for existing venues and vendors
3. Utilize strong prospecting skills to identify new vendors, venues, and key decision-makers
4. Refine the company's sales strategy and business development plan
5. Perform cold calls, arrange appointments with key decision-makers, and conduct meetings
6. Manage the expo business
7. Maintain contact with old clients to retain them and manage the current clients' requirements
8. Reach out to prospective clients and work on acquiring new ones
9. Take prime responsibility for client management and client onboarding
10. Submit end-of-week progress reports to the company CEO detailing the week's activities, results, and plans
