Job Summary:

Understanding original scope of project and discussing project with

buyers. Providing support to the overseas buyer until final completion of the project.

Job Description:

• Strong English communication skill is must to communicate in writing with the existing and new clients about their project needs.

• Researching and approaching overseas client from different medium, communicate, propose.

• Interpersonal skills and ability to build Relation with clients. Development of strong relationships with existing, past and new clients.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Meet set SLAs and Maintain Excellent Customer Satisfaction Level

• Parameters and not giving false information and commitment to users

• Work with cross – functional Teams as and when required.
