Duties and responsibilities:
• Strategize and plan marketing and sales targets, campaigns, and activities for the team
• Identify business opportunities, create sales pipeline, and expand customer base
• Plan and execute entire sales cycle from data research, lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain customer relationships for business growth
• Customer engagement from online presentation to in-person meetings
• Understand customer requirements and liaise with team
• Prepare sales pitch, quotes, and proposals for clients
• Train and help team members develop their skills
Requirements:
• Proven experience as business development manager, sales executive, or related role in IT / Software industry
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
• Target and result oriented
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
