• strategize and plan marketing and sales targets, campaigns, and activities for the team
• identify business opportunities, create sales pipeline, and expand customer base
• plan and execute entire sales cycle from data research, lead generation to deal closure
• build and maintain customer relationships for business growth
• customer engagement from online presentation to in-person meetings
• understand customer requirements and liaise with team
• prepare sales pitch, quotes, and proposals for clients
• train and help team members develop their skills

• proven experience as business development manager, sales executive, or related role in it / software industry
• strong communication skills and it fluency

• proficiency in crm, microsoft office, and other relevant software
