Duties and responsibilities: Strategize and plan marketing and sales targets, campaigns, and activities for the team Identify business opportunities, create sales pipeline, and expand customer base Plan and execute entire sales cycle from data research, lead generation to deal closure Build and maintain customer relationships for business growth Customer engagement from online presentation to in-person meetings Understand customer requirements and liaise with team Prepare sales pitch, quotes, and proposals for clients Train and help team members develop their skillsRequirements: Proven experience as business development manager, sales executive, or related role in IT / Software industry Strong communication skills and IT fluency Excellent planning and organizational skills Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software Target and result oriented Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
