Engage clients with relevant questions and guide conversations
Respond to customer objections with detailed information
Share accurate pricing, availability, and product knowledge
Record and process orders with payment info
Ensure stock is sufficient for demos and sales
Collaborate with the inventory team for timely deliveries
Follow up with leads and interested customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Ensure smooth payment collections
Address payment-related queries and resolve discrepancies with accounts
