we are seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our business development team as associates. as a business development associate, you will be responsible for calling potential prospects, building relationships with them, and converting them into sales to help drive the growth of our company.

responsibilities:

-qualify leads and gather information about their needs and preferences

-build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication like calls, whatsapp, emails etc.

-pitch our products and services to prospects and answer any questions they may have

-keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in our crm system

-stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

requirements:

-strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone

-proficiency in hindi & english

-highly self-motivated and results-driven

-basic computer skills and proficiency in google sheets/doc

what we offer:

-fixed salary: 4 lpa (4 lakhs per annum)

-incentives as per the targets: 10% to 15% of revenue generated

* hygiene standard: 4lpa (fixed + incentive + bonus)

* average kpi: 6lpa (fixed + incentive + bonus)

* shark performer: 10lpa+ (fixed + incentive + bonus)
