Job Title : Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Visakhapatnam
Experience: 6 Month to 3 years in the sales of medical or surgical products
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for sales, service, and support of medical devices and surgical products in government and private healthcare institutions
Promote company product range and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Contact potential customers to identify and fulfil their medical equipment needs
Schedule appointments and conduct product demonstrations for doctors and medical teams
Generate leads through cold-calling and direct visits
Deliver product presentations explaining features and benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff
Provide market and competitor insights to the sales team
Conduct product demonstrations, oversee installations, and provide application support
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve product and service-related issues
Physical Requirements
Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet business objectives
Ability to cover surgical cases on-site and provide emergency support when required
Qualifications & skills
Any Graduate (preferred backgrounds include Science, B. Pharma, BE Biomedical Engineering)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective presentation and negotiation abilities
Proven selling expertise with an innovative mindset
Proficient in information gathering and analysis
High learning agility, adaptable to healthcare sales
Familiarity with IT tools for enhanced sales execution
