The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting medical products/services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities1) Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.2) Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital management, and key decision-makers3) Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings4) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets5) Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals effectively6) Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, service team) for smooth execution7) Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business8) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments9) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit reports to managementQualifications & Skillselor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)-5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Healthcare/Medical industry preferred)ng communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsity to build and manage long-term client relationships understanding of medical products/equipment (preferred) Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.
