responsibilities**:**

initiate telephonic conversations with candidates interested in outscals programs

build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.

identify and assess customer needs to provide customized and effective solutions

coordinate pre- and post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

must haves:

ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations.

excellent english communication skills (written and verbal).

street-smart attitude, balancing hard work with smart strategies.

good to have:

familiarity with technical terminology.

self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude and attention to detail.

proficiency in excel/google sheets.

ability to explain complex products simply and effectively.
