key responsibilities
schedule and organize product demos through online sessions for both internal and external generated leads.
provide face-to-face product demonstrations on a case-to-case basis when required.
follow up with free-tier users, provide suitable plan recommendations, and convert them into paid subscription customers.
coordinate with the development team by sharing customer feedback and supporting product enhancement initiatives.
support the marketing team in positioning and promoting the product in the market.
maintain accurate records and adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting structures
required skills & qualifications
bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
02 years of experience in software sales, healthcare sales, or customer relations.
excellent communication and presentation skills.
good command of english and malayalam.
basic understanding of crm tools and online demo platforms.
self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
