Deliver sales targets Maintain relationship with the existing salons/ clients Hunt new accounts / clients- convert competitor salons into Wella Salons Maintain relationship with distributor to the extent of managing relevant claims Share secondary sales reports on timely basis Plan & execute trade initiatives in the territory Plan & execute salon visuals, beat plans etc Resolution of issues & handling objections of customers Delivering sales targets from 60% existing salon and 40% will be New salon client acquisition.
