Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive being a significant member of company's growth strategy is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell financial products such as loans, insurance, mutual funds, corporate FDs and investment plans. Generate leads through field visits, digital outreach, referrals, and cold calling.

Meet prospective clients, understand their financial needs, and offer appropriate solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, Self-motivated, energetic, and confident personality, Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Compensation Range Rs. /- to Rs. /- Per Annum

Business Development Manager

Business development manager drives business growth and identifies new business opportunities.

This dynamic role involves fostering long-term relationships with prospective clients, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing growth strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities: Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth, Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives, Researching prospective clients in target markets, Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle, Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients, Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals, Training business development executives, Attending conferences and industry events

Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree 2 Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing,

Team Handling/Management, Self-motivated, energetic and confident personality, Strong selling, negotiation

and interpersonal skills.
