We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience and will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Set and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.

- **Collaborate with Internal Teams:** Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure that client feedback is incorporated into service enhancements.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas and building connections with clients.

- Proven experience in sales or business development, demonstrating the ability to drive results and achieve targets.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to influence and persuade stakeholders.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
