We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations as per the following Global Training Module.

LEVEL 1 - Learn the essentials of Marketing, Tell Marketing, advertising, customer engagement & Sales efficiency.

LEVEL 2 - Basics of Human Resource Management, training & developing individuals, expanding crew.

LEVEL 3 - Managing, Coaching , Monitoring & Motivating a team to maximize business performance.

LEVEL 4 - Business Administration finances & Operations, Strategize, Plan & Manage Resources & Clients.

LEVEL 5 - Run a marketing unit using your business decisions for its growth & profitability.
