CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Lead generation for the sales team (office based job)

Understanding client profile and offering appropriate financial solutions over phone

Maintaining follow ups and client details.

Reporting daily to the team leader.

Having post sales relationship with the client & giving him/her periodical loan to ups as his/her requirement.

Updating all your clients /prospects about the new loan products launched from time to time & getting further business from the clients.

Qualification:

Diploma or Graduate

Good Communication and Convincing Skills

Basic Computer Knowledge

Result oriented & Highly driven

Mini 1 Year Experience in loan process

Salary 18K to 25K + huge incentive
