We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive(BDE)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales
and revenue growth through strategic planning, relationship building and effective communication.
As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing client proposals & presentations, plan weekly sales cycle by doing mining of the allocated accounts through salient meetings accordingly, nurturing client relationship, achieving sales targets and close deals.
JD:
€¢ Handling the day-to-day sales.
€¢ Generating new client acquisitions through outreach and lead generation.
€¢ Calling Clients or visiting the clients in person and explaining the services.
€¢ Work on identifying new clients through LinkedIn or in person.
€¢ Developing business and communicating with our corporate clients.
€¢ Making cold calls for new business leads.
€¢ Making PPTs and proposals for new clients.
€¢ Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects.
€¢ Maintaining knowledge of all services offered by the company.
€¢ Arranging meetings with potential clients.
€¢ Negotiating on retainer package and closing potential clients.
€¢ Keep up to date and maintain a strong knowledge of all things related to lead generation
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in business development sales, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build report and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify business opportunities
- Self motivated and requites oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office.
