• Candidate should have thorough knowledge of each of above geographical territory.
• Contacts with Direct Exporters and Importers only.
• Able to sell all products products – Ocean and Air, Mode LCL and FC, Verticals Imports and Exports.
• Should be able to adapt to current shipping line booking and space scenario.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, should be self-driven, passionate, and highly motivated.
• Good at negotiation who does solution-based selling, knowledge of systems, preparing sales plan, etc.
• Prompt in reporting and meeting the deadlines.
• Aggressive go getter who accepts challenges in meeting sales targets.
• Must have knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Custom Clearance.
• Achieving sales targets given by the organisation and should be able to achieve a minimum of 3 times of the CTC.
• Willing to travel to branches in the region as per our requirement.
• Will be responsible for branch performance and revenue generation.
• Ensure branch targets in the region are met as per company requirements.
