Must possess excellent communication skills, should be self-driven, passionate, and highly motivated. Good at negotiation who does solution-based selling, knowledge of systems, preparing sales plan, etc. Prompt in reporting and meeting the deadlines. Aggressive go getter who accepts challenges in meeting sales targets. Must have knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Custom Clearance. Achieving sales targets given by the organisation and should be able to achieve a minimum of 3 times of the CTC. Willing to travel to branches in the region as per our requirement. Will be responsible for branch performance and revenue generation. Ensure branch targets in the region are met as per company requirements.
