Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
· Showcase the features and benefits of the land or plots and address any questions or concerns to the customers.
· Communicate with potential buyers to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget etc.
· Provide detailed information about available plots, including location, size, amenities, and pricing.
· Initiate and maintain communication with the customers through various channels such as phone calls, messages and in-person meetings.
· Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
· Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
