We are looking for a Senior Business Development professional who can drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and contribute to strategic business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
Handle inbound leads and convert them into closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions
Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals independently
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) for smooth service delivery
Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Mentor junior BDEs and support team targets (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (B2B preferred)
Experience in consulting, legal services, compliance, CA firm, or fintech is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
