🛠Key Responsibilities Business Development Executive
�� Source, screen, and onboard candidates for skill-training programs under the ISA model.
�� Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess soft skills, communication, and intent.
�� Manage end-to-end recruitment funnel: from lead generation to selection.
�� Educate prospects about the ISA model and commitment involved.
�� Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, training, placement) for a smooth handover.
�� Maintain and update candidate records in CRM/ATS systems.
�� Track candidate performance through the funnel and optimize sourcing strategies.
�� Run WhatsApp and email campaigns for follow-ups and re-engagement.

🧠Requirements:
��6 months- 5 years of recruitment or admissions experience (tech bootcamps, BPO, education, or staffing agencies preferred).
�� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
�� Familiarity with non-tech hiring (sales, support, customer service, etc.).
�� Comfortable explaining financial terms like ISA and career outcome expectations.
�� Hands-on with basic tools: Google Sheets, CRM, ATS, Zoom/Meet, WhatsApp Business.
�� Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
