Profile - Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries and markets
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business goals
Research prospects and identify decision-makers
Proposal Development & Sales Pitching
Create customized presentations, proposals, and pricing models
Coordinate with internal teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
Present proposals to prospective clients and manage follow-ups until closure
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding until project handover
Ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Sales Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines
Track sales KPIs including leads, conversions, closures, and revenue
Prepare monthly sales performance reports and forecasts for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital agency
Strong understanding of digital services such as Website Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Branding
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach strategies
Experience working with international clients is an advantage
Existing network in industries such as Healthcare, SMEs, or Professional Services is a plus
Working knowledge of proposal and presentation tools
