identify and engage with prospective clients through networking, referrals, market research, and channel partners.
conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand buyer needs and match them with suitable property offerings.
build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
stay updated on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure seamless client experience.
meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
desired qualifications & skills
bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
minimum 4–12 years of experience in business development, real estate sales, or luxury customer service.
strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
customer-centric mind-set with the ability to build long-term relationships.
self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
knowledge of the luxury real estate market will be an added advantage.
