Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generate new leads through calls, references, field work, and marketing activities.
2. Explain project details to clients and understand their requirements.
3. Schedule and conduct site visits with customers.
4. Follow up with potential clients regularly.
5. Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
7. Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager.
8. Maintain customer database and update daily reports.
Required Skills:

2. Basic knowledge of real estate sales.
3. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to handle customers professionally.
