Job Description

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints on mail/whatsapp/phone

Responding to inquiries generated online and offline and interacting with potential customers.

Following up regularly with inquiries and leads.

Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

Respond quickly to assigned leads (No cold calling targets)

Must have prior experience of IndiaMart, TradeIndia and other B2B market places.

Finding dealers on B2B Portals, Indiamart, Justdial, Google, Internet and calling them for business

Experience : 2 - 8 Years

No. of Openings : 2

Education : Higher Secondary, Vocational Course, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Any Bachelor Degree
