Business Development Executive || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female with a passion for sales and a desire to learn about the business development process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Identifying New Business Opportunities:** Research and identify potential clients or partnerships that can contribute to the company’s growth. This involves exploring various markets and understanding customer needs.

- **Building Relationships:** Initiate and maintain strong relationships with clients by engaging in regular communication to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.

- **Promoting Products/Services:** Actively promote the company's products or services to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value they bring to their businesses.

- **Preparing Proposals:** Create and present detailed proposals that outline the products or services being offered, ensuring they meet the prospective client’s needs.

- **Tracking Sales Metrics:** Monitor and report on sales metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and client feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
