Looking For Business Development Engineer

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, online platforms, and customer visits.

Meet potential customers and understand their technical and commercial requirements.

Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the costing and engineering teams.

Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

Conduct market research to identify new customers, industries, and competitors.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industrial events.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong presentation and customer handling skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to understand engineering drawings and manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of CNC machining, precision components, automotive parts, or engineering products is preferred.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
