Our Business Development Associates are the growth drivers & front line executors of our business. They showcase our products value proposition & services to doctors, maintain business relationships and help grow our user base. As an associate you will closely work with a team of like-minded executives to achieve monthly targets and generate new business.
Responsibilities
1. Build a robust pipeline of leads (doctors) via various sources/referrals
2. Understand doctors profile & day to day challenges to explain the benefits of our services
3. Pitch Carelan value proposition and services to showcase doctors how Carelan can transform their day-to-day surgical practice
4. Build monthly sales pipeline by visiting doctors in your assigned territory
5. Rigorous & structured follow ups with clients to ensure deal closures
6. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
7. Work on finding new avenues for lead generation
8. Involves 75% traveling (on ground sales)
Requirements and Skills
1. Should have a Graduate degree or MBA
2. Hunter instinct to chase down monthly expectations and targets
3. Hustle & getting things done attitude is a must
4. Strong customer focus is very important
5. Good communication & time management skills
6. Basic phone & email etiquette to address client queries & resolutions
7. Want to build a career in healthcare business development & marketing
9. Healthcare background is a plus
