Background: EdTech or a combination of EdTech & Non-EdTech sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert qualified leads into successful admissions/sales.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to closure.

• Understand customer/student requirements and recommend the right program.

• Conduct effective sales calls and consultations.

• Handle complex objections and negotiate effectively.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Track and analyse individual sales performance and conversion metrics.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in EdTech, education, SaaS, or a similar industry.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage high-intent leads and drive conversions.

• Strong ownership, accountability, and result orientation.

• Experience with CRM/sales tools is preferred.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
