We are seeking experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Associates with a strong background in Ed-tech sales to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Ed-tech sector.
Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to conversion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve assigned revenue and performance targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall sales strategy.
Experience: 36 years of total experience, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years in Ed-tech sales.
Education (Undergraduate): (Tech), , or BBA (Non-Tech).
Education (Postgraduate): (Tech) or MBA in Marketing & Sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong understanding of sales cycles and customer handling.
