Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate properties.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales call targets and lead conversion goals.
Coordinate with the sales team for seamless client handovers and support.
Stay updated on real estate trends, project details, and market competition.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
