job responsibilities:
1. prohibition period (6 months):
- engage in proactive sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
- work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- learn and master product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
2. commission-based salary:
- during the 6-month prohibition period, your compensation will be based on a commission structure, rewarding your performance and contribution to the team.
3. permanent position (post 6 months):
- upon successful completion of the 6-month prohibition period, candidates meeting performance criteria will be offered a permanent position.
- fixed salary ranging from inr 20,000, depending on experience and performance during the prohibition period.
4. performance-based prohibition period (2 months):
- the probation period will be assessed based on performance, with an emphasis on key performance indicators (kpis) such as sales targets, client satisfaction, and teamwork.
- high-performing individuals may have the opportunity to shorten the probation period to 2 months based on exceptional performance.
