hiring for female - business development executive in madurai :

• being pro-active, self-managed with excellent communication skills.

• previous it / technology sales, would be highly advantageous.

• identify, qualify and close new business clients

• booking appointments

• creating pipeline

• closing sales by telephone

• achieve set revenue targets on a regular basis

• generating leads by the means of cold calling setting up c level meetings with decision makers

• aggressive follow up and closing skills.

• making a presentation of our services.

• working towards a yearly revenue and order targets which is monitored weekly and monthly

• strong problem solving negotiation and interpersonal skills

• track own lead generation and ensure a healthy sales pipeline through the company crm system

• account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts

• understand and create competitive pricing based on current costing

• building strong successful relationships with clients

• confident communicator via telephone and email correspondence

• multi language communication would be highly advantageous

• carrying out research via various channels

• using linkedin and other social media platforms to gain information

• must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
